The soul of a city is its people. The rest is just a shell, a vessel if you will, created by and filled with people and their lives: their thoughts, goals, and actions.

When you move to a new city, at first your feelings may be distorted by preconceived notions and many things seem strange and unusual. But over time, you get to know its streets and the ways of its inhabitants – gradually, your feelings on the city become filled with personal memories of places and people. You are no longer a tourist, but a resident of the city; you make friends and start a family. Your progress along this path shows your affinity with the city and – with time – you become part of the city’s soul.
